PAYMENT POLICIES: We accept PayPal, American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Our Payment Processor is CyberSource and SFBayImages.com Direct Merchant is Bank of America. We use SSL Certificates or Secured Socket Layer which means your valuable personal financial data is protected and safe. We have been accepting payments online since 2002 without problems. Your transactions are secure. All aerial photography and videos services MUST be paid in advance. PRIVACY POLICY: We don't store your email address, nor disseminate your marketing information to anyone. Occasionly we send out emails with new products. We treat you how we would want to be treated ourselves. RETURN POLICIES: Generally speaking, custom photography orders are not refundable for any reason. We of course will be human about certain situations, but custom photography prints are not returnable. We use highest quality Epson Archival inks and papers for our Giclee prints and Pictopia for our Fuji Archival Prints.
