SFBayImages.com licensing terms are very easy.

Typically we license in any medium currently discovered and yet to be discovered in this universe and any universe yet to be discovered in perpetuity. The images can remain within your marketing department or company assets. They may not be sold as individual files, art prints (unless thats what you licensed them for), or in any way that competes with our business model. They may be resold with your business, corporationg, department as part of the assets. Any question? Feel free to call.

There are distinguishing factors for the cost of the license. For private use, invitations, editorial smaller then half a page, corporate internal marketing collateral, tradeshow banners, tradeshow displays, some billboards and most uses the cost is $150.00 to $200.00 as marked. We offer bulk discounts. If you have questions call.

For purposes such as major ad campaigns, some billboards, dressing rooms in chain retail, items and products with more then 1000 units the cost is typically around $2000.00. These types of projects require a telephone call. We are very reasonable.





Payment and Privacy Policies
We accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. Our Payment Processor is CyberSource and SFBayImages.com Direct Merchant is Bank of America. We use SSL Certificates or Secured Socket Layer which means your valuable personal financial data is protected and safe. We have been accepting payments online since 2002 with no problems other then one instance of someone using a fraudulent card. Which we of course refunded the Card Holder immediately. Your transactions are secure. We dont store your email address, nor disseminate your marketing information to anyone. We treat you how we would want to be treated ourselves. Generally speaking, custom photography orders are not refundable for any reason. We of course will be human about certain situations, but custom photography prints are not returnable.
